Justin for Philly was founded in September 2018 by former staff and volunteers with the policy campaign in Philadelphia. We launched our first campaign, protesting corporate power and lobbyists within the DNC host committee in October of 2018.<\/p>\n
Justin for Philly started with a group of 24 members and one campaign and has grown into an organization with multiple issue based and electoral campaigns and task forces that are fueled by the engagement of over 1200 dues paying members and hundreds of volunteers.<\/p>\n
David Wynn became involved with Justin for Philly when he ran for office in East Philadelphia as part of the organization\u2019s Committee Person Campaign in Spring 2014. He has been a Justin for Philly Field Organizer for East Philadelphia in the 2016 Gubernatorial General election & 2019 Municipal Primary election. He joined Justin for Philly staff after the primary and was Co-Field Director for the 2017 Municipal General election. David is a founding member of Justin for Philly\u2019s, and cohosted the first season of Justin for Philly\u2019s podcast, Our Political Moment.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
